Welcome to Evndz. By accessing or using our website or mobile app (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About the Platform
Evndz is an online marketplace that connects people planning events (customers) with independent event service providers (vendors) such as photographers, caterers, decorators and planners. Evndz is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a vendor.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or disable accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, packages, pricing, photos and videos.
- Vendors must own, or have permission to use, all content they upload.
- Vendors must respond to enquiries honestly and deliver services as promised to customers.
- The "Verified" badge indicates that documents were reviewed by us; it is not a guarantee of service quality.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Enquiries and reviews must be genuine and based on real experience.
- Any booking, payment or contract is made directly between you and the vendor. Please confirm all details with the vendor before paying.
5. Reviews and Content
Reviews must not contain abusive, false, defamatory or unlawful content. We may remove any review or content that violates these terms.
6. Subscriptions and Fees
Certain vendor features (such as subscription plans and the optional verification service) are paid. Fees are shown before purchase. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading or unlawful content.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or scrape the Platform.
- Using the Platform to spam or harass other users.
8. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety or availability of any vendor's services, and we are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising between customers and vendors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Evndz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
